The Solo Pleasure & Embodiment Coaching Intensive is a deeply personal, one-on-one guided experience designed for individuals who feel disconnected from their body, pleasure, & sensuality. If you find yourself constantly stuck in your head—managing work, family, household tasks, & daily responsibilities—this session will help you slow down, drop into your body, & experience the fullness of your desires without guilt or shame. This private, immersive experience is for anyone who: -Struggles to feel present in their body & craves deeper sensory awareness. -Has difficulty experiencing pleasure or orgasm due to stress, anxiety, or emotional blocks. -Wants to explore sensuality, desire, & self-intimacy in a supportive, non-judgmental space. -Feels a sense of shame or guilt around pleasure & wants to embrace self-love without restriction. -Desires to feel alive, vibrant, & fully connected to their own body and pleasure. ***In this powerful two-hour session, we focus on releasing stored tension, awakening sensations, & giving yourself permission to feel, explore, & experience the full spectrum of your pleasure potential. Example of an Intensive Structure: -First 30 Minutes: Grounding exercises, breathwork, and dropping into the body. -Next 30 Minutes: Sensory exploration, pleasure mapping, and somatic touch exercises. -Next 30 Minutes: Releasing shame and exploring new perspectives on pleasure. -Final 30 Minutes: Integration, self-care practices, and a guided path forward. Payment Policy Your full Payment or a Deposit is required at booking to confirm your session, workshop, class, or retreat spot. This secures your place & allows me to dedicate my full attention to crafting a transformative experience tailored just for you. For multi-day retreats or special events, payment plans may be available upon request. Please reach out to discuss flexible options if needed—we’re in this together! Cancellation Policy Life happens, & I get it! If you need to cancel, please review the guidelines below: Individual Sessions - Cancellations 48 hours or more before your session receive a full credit toward a future session. - Cancellations less than 48 hours before your session incur a 50% fee, as it’s often too short notice to fill the slot. - Same-day cancellations or failure to show (a "no-show") 100% of fee charged. Workshops, Classes & Retreats -Cancellations 7 days or more in advance receive a credit toward another offering. -Cancellations less than 7 days before the event incur a 50% fee, as materials, space, & preparation have already been allocated for you. -No-shows or cancellations on the day of the event are non-refundable. Why These Policies Exist I truly understand that life can be unpredictable. We all juggle responsibilities, & sometimes things don’t go as planned. However, this work requires immense preparation, presence, & commitment on my part. Each spot I reserve for you means I’ve turned someone else away or dedicated time to customizing your experience. These policies ensure I can continue to honor & serve all of my clients with the same love & attention. Rescheduling Options Cancellations made within the allowed timeframes, I’d be more than happy to reschedule your session or event participation. Let’s find a new time that works perfectly for you—your growth journey deserves it. Late Arrivals If you’re running late, please let me know as soon as possible. We’ll work with the remaining time, but the session will still end at the scheduled time to respect other clients’ bookings.
